Tasered For A Speeding Ticket

Unlike most morons that get tasered, I actually think this guy clearly didn't deserve to be nailed.

	The cop pulled his taser while he was asking him the first time. And as he was turning around he just tasered him. I guess your not allowed 2 seconds of delay when these guys ask you to do something. This guy didn't seem dangerous at all. Basically he had no chance.

	Or, you could say that every time a cop approaches a car he's putting his life in danger. When that guy refuses to turn around, the cop doesn't know if they guy is going to pull a gun or what. He is just trying to keep himself safe. God forbid the cop look out for himself. But no, you're right, it's always better to blame the cop.
